List Price for CHA rental chicago

Hi all, 

curious what price you list your rental if you are targeting section 8. say fair market rent is $2000 do you list for rent at $1800 to accommodate the utility allowance or do you list at $2000 and understand that the voucher will be lower

@Connor O'Brien CHA does release payment standards that can be found on their website but those are maximums, not guaranteed.  I agree with Dominic, I would price it according to the market and CHA will make the adjustments on their end.
