Wifi cameras and access system for apartment building

I own a 17 unit apartment building near Minneapolis built in the 60s and wanting to implement wifi camera system and modernize the access panel (wifi managed).

Any vendor recommendations?

So far, I've reached out to a company called Lloyd Security who appear to be able to help with wifi surveillance and access panel.   I'd like to engage a couple more for bids.
