Lease Guidance Question

Hi my name is Orlando I am a newer landlord I currently have two properties located in Ohio and I was wondering if there was anything from experience that any other landlords have gone through over the years that they feel should be included in a lease. I have a standard lease but would love to see what other landlords have gone through to see if I should implement some new things. I understand it’s not legal advice was just looking for some suggestions.
