Cause of Leak?
Tenant says the master bathroom sink is leaking underneath, inside the cabinet. She feels that leak is causing the downstairs bathroom sink to leak as well. I don't know how that could be. All other areas, kitchen, bathtubs, toilets are not having any issues.

Leaks are a serious problem and demand immediate attention. Tracing leaks can be a challenge because *sometimes* it can be inside the wall. (Cracked pipe, hole in pipe, bad vent flashing) **or** it can be two unrelated problems. It takes an inspection to find the source. Guessing from the description is like asking if enough salt was put on my eggs. Don't know tell I taste them.
