Water Damage On Baseboards

I had my tenants just move out of my basement apartment in a split level unit. I found water damage in one bedroom on the back of the house and also in the living room in the front of the house. Who should I reach out to to have this problem fixed to prevent water from coming in side. I believe its from sprinkler water although sprinklers don't directly on of the spots. There is a partial grading issue in the back but I'm at a loss as to how to prevent this from reoccurring or what type of professional would be handle it.

@Jemini Leckie here's our standard approach to address basement seepage in order:

1) Check gutters are not leaking and are large enough to handle downpours

2) Make sure downspout extensions are far enough away from foundation, 10' is usually recommened, but further may be required due to land countours.

3) Grading needs to slope away from foundation

4) Check driveway-foundation seam and caulk WELL

5) If still an issue, will need to start getting bids from companies that install drain tiles & sump pump. They either dig up the outside to get to the footing or the inside - either way it's expensive, but even moreso when they have to destroy a finished basement and then you have to put it back together again:(
