Question for property managers
For those actively managing rental portfolios or property management businesses:
• How do you currently handle tenant screening (applications, background checks, follow-ups)?
• Who manages maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and work order tracking?
• How are showings, move-ins/move-outs, and communication coordinated day to day?
I’m especially curious whether these functions are handled:

Or handled remotely by trained team members
If someone were well-trained in property management operations (screening, maintenance coordination, tenant communication, AppFolio/Buildium, etc.) and able to work remotely from Mexico, is that something you’ve:
