Tenant wants to move disabled dad in.

So my tenant of three years who has been a good tenant just sent me a text saying that they need to move her sick and disabled dad in to the house so she can take care of him.  The house is a 1970s split level and is definitely not conducive to someone with mobility issues. Wondering if anybody has any ideas on how to handle this. Thanks for all your help.

The answer is simple here. You let them take care of their aging parent, and they can make any reasonable accommodation they want.  All they need to do is get a guardianship agreement in place and they are protected by the classes of familial status and disability, which would prevent any choice you have under Colorado law.
