AZ Property Management

Are there any seasoned AZ investors that can recommend a property management company in the Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, and Tucson area?

I'm a new investor looking for my first property in those areas. I want to get my team setup before I buy. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA Julie

Hey Julie, we seem to be in the same boat! I'm also looking to invest in the same area from San Diego. These replies seem very honest and reliable.

@Elizabeth Schartman, @Melanie Johnston - have either of you heard of / worked with Mynd Property Management? If so, would you be able to provide any feedback on their PM in the Phoenix area? I first heard about them from the BP youtube series of them helping an OOS investor purchase, manage their rehab, screen tenants, and rent the property out. I'm sure most PMs would be able to do that, but I'd like to see what other local investors in the area think!

Thanks!
