Looking for a condo community property manager

So I recently became the president of my buildings HOA and we need to switch property managers. The building a 6 units condo building and I need someone who can handle our finances, coordinate maintenance, pay the taxes, etc. Would prefer to use a company based in Maryland so they are more familiar with the laws. Where would be a good place to look for those types of property managers and what questions should I be asking them?
