(Noob) Best Strategies for Vancouver?
Hey everyone,
Very excited to be on here, I'm learning a ton just from the free materials from signing up. I'm new to real estate, 22 years old, and want to learn it all.
My mentor in LA told me to look for opportunities to flip houses and people who buy houses in cash.
How would I go about this?
Should I even be flipping, or should I rent out?
I'm also pretty sure the new foreign tax law has devastated a lot of pending deals. So how does that affect us?
Sorry, a lot of questions on my mind right now.
