Pre-Build Investing Worth it anymore?
To all my pre-build investors out there in the local Canadian market,
What are your thoughts on pre-builds for a 1-3 year investment and then flipping with assignment clauses or even renting out once built if the market is good.
Any specific areas to look at in Canada
I am located in Ontario , specifically Brampton .
But always have my eyes open and willing to travel.
Thoughts , opinions ?
