Have been flipping in Saskatchewan for couple years and recently moved to Vancouver. Brand new to BRRR and wanting to dive in. Wondering if there are any Bigger Pocket folk in the area who want to help me!

Hey Noah, don't believe he's on Bigger Pockets, but my realtor is Cam Walker with Oakwyn Realty and I'd highly recommend going with him.  You can just google him to find him.  Hope that helps

When I was building a team of realtor(s) that can help me expand my real estate portfolio and later as a mortgage broker, realtors to assist my clients, I realized very quickly after reaching out to many realtors who is a good fit. Some realtors are transactional, others are education focused, patient...the realtors on my team are more than service providers, they are partners and have become friends.

Really appreciate your reply, @Brian Hosier! An agent familiar with all of this would be so helpful, I am eager to reach out to Solomon. Thanks also for the fb group- I joined right away. I’m not sure if it’s quite geared to me as 25 year old newbie to all of this, but I can at least come as the eager and naive nuisance at least once before we figure that out 😃
