Thanks Brandon! Hoping to jump on my first Reina deal in the next couple of months! 

I am three houses into my Brrrr method, but am now "maxed" and "borrowed out" I've met with/spoken with over 30 brokers/lenders, and everyone is looking at my monthly income. All of my houses are 2% rule, fantastic cash flow, 100k + in the bank ready to go, no debt (but 660 credit score and building), and am told I cannot legally acquire anymore properties because of my personal income. I make 55k a year at my job. No one in USA is encountering this. Is BRRR possible in Canada?

I’m not sure if it’s quite geared to me as 25 year old newbie to all of this, but I can at least come as the eager and naive nuisance at least once before we figure that out 😃

May I ask what you ended up doing, and how it worked out? 

Have been flipping in Saskatchewan for couple years and recently moved to Vancouver. Brand new to BRRR and wanting to dive in. Wondering if there are any Bigger Pocket folk in the area who want to help me!
