Advice for the Puerto Rico market

Brady Knapp
Posted

My dad and I are relatively new to real estate investing and have a close contact who has purchased a 16 unit there. We are ready and hungry to find deals and take action and from a general standpoint, Puerto Rico looks like a good place to buy mostly for a vacation home and possibly just as a rental. My dad is flying down in July to get on the ground to meet with a contact we have and get better details but I wanted to reach out to the BiggerPockets wide variety of intelligence and see if anyone has more insights to Puerto Rico and any advice that we could use. Anything would be greatly appreciated!
