2 bedroom one bathroom probate home in California
Is anyone experienced in purchasing a probate home. I seen one in Southern California with some repairs it could possibly be a good home. But it will not qualify for an FHA loan because it need extensive repairs . If I don't have cash what is another loan I can use to purchase this type of home? Or another strategy? Any suggestions?
