Simple enough...what was your biggest takeaway from BPCon? What did you learn? Who Did you like meeting?

For me:

1) Not everyone are out there to get you ( I have a massive trust issue ).

2) Stop focus too much on specific metrics and look at the location where you are buying the property and how that property will perform in the next 5 years.

3) WE ARE NOT DEAL CREATORS, WE ARE DEAL FINDERS ! When Brent Daniels told me that, I felt like I was slapped in the face by someone, TWICE.
