Accurate Email Addresses

I have played around with both Reanomy and Costar as well as pulling lists from the MLS then trying to skip trace them. I like to run email campaigns, and for years I have struggled with getting the best contact data. Are there any recommendations out there for which platform or skip trace provider has the best data? Maybe Crexi or a specific skip trace tool? With accurate emails or phone numbers I can be 10xing my contracts a month, any suggestions are appreciated!
