Any suggestions on whete to find a real good VA assistant?

Hello BP. I wanted to see if anyone knows where to get a real good virtual assistant?  I have a friend of mine who's looking to sub out some of his real estate work. Thank you.

@Chris Taualii I use upwork for my VAs. To be honest, it took a while to find a good one, but I'm satisfied now. My advice to you is to fire quickly. Some people just don't have it. Also, I use gchat to keep connected with them throughout the week and answer any questions they may have. Hard to detail out every single question in the directions.

Lastly, I learn this lesson way too many times. You get what you pay for so if are looking for someone at $3/hr (I have two low cost ones) then you can expect a different work experience than someone who is charging more. Also, at the lower cost levels their English is quite broken but understandable.

I would recommend it.

@Chris Taualii  - I have heard good things about upwork.com, although I have not personally used them.  They were mentioned on a recent podcast as well.  Good luck!
