I had the pleasure to speak to Anna DiDonato from JWB. I am interested in a TK opportunity. I ran across their website over the weekend by googling "best TK markets". 

Has anyone worked with them? I would appreciate any feedback.

While I have not purchased a turnkey property from them, I have done private money deals. I find the company to be very reputable and professional. 

The only reason I haven't purchased an actual property from them is because I have another local source in the area that's able to find deals a little bit cheaper.
