Soliciting opinions about different Memphis turnkey providers

Hi all -

I have researched turnkey providers in Memphis and would like to solicit different opinions from anyone who is willing to share.  I have spoken to a few and actually really impressed with all of them...for different reasons.  Who do you guys recommend?  Who should I avoid?  Do any of them have a niche? I'm a first timer BTW.

Hey Erik. You say you've spoken to a few providers already in Memphis. If @AlexCraig was not one of them make sure you look him up at Memphis Turnkey Properties and speak with him. I have two properties through him and couldn't be any happier. Alex is very active on this site so he will be easy to find. I'd also be glad to speak to you if you want as well.
