For what its worth, I have 2 properties bought and managed by @alexcraig and CB Properties. I'm happy to say in 3 years my experience has been nothing short of superior. 

@vivek shah I have purchased two properties from Alex Craig and Memphis Turnkey Properties. Alex is a stand up guy and straight shooter. I have ZERO regrets that I choose him as my partner for Turnkey investing.

I believe he is referring to a Savings and Loan. A bank.

I bought 2 properties using an interest only HELOC on my primary residence. The bank never asked what the money was for. You get a check book and write checks to whomever so it was never an issue. Keep in mind that if you use that method your 100% leveraged on that rental. All the cash flow I'm getting is going back to the bank to pay down the HELOC. The HELOC started at 2.75% but as the fed raises rates it's up to 3.75 so lots of things to think about. It works for me just do your home work. Hope this helps and makes sense.

Hey Erik. You say you've spoken to a few providers already in Memphis. If @AlexCraig was not one of them make sure you look him up at Memphis Turnkey Properties and speak with him. I have two properties through him and couldn't be any happier. Alex is very active on this site so he will be easy to find. I'd also be glad to speak to you if you want as well.

There are a lot of folks on here that think turnkey is for the uneducated or lazy investors and make no bones about saying so. It used to bother me but I've learned to ignore it. Until they are paying my bills or contributing to my livelihood they need not worry what I do with my $.

Now there are also many that offer great advice and are trying making sure you at least are doing proper due diligence. You will figure out who is who.
