Hi Guys.

I'm thinking about using a turnkey property named Morris Invest. Have any of you ever used them? If the name sounds familiar it's because you've heard them here.

I'm flying out to Indiana to meet with them next week.

Thanks for your time.

@Vera Herlihy I have worked with investors in Indianapolis and throughout Indiana as a title agent for 7 years and I can confidently say I have never closed or transferred a property with the name "Morris Invest". That being said they may use subsidiary companies for their transactions or funnel their business through a specific title company.
