Anyone Know How To Reach Coltate Capital LLC?
Has anyone ever come across and obtained a mortgage discharge or cancellation from Coltate Capital LLC? Looks like they own a second loan on an abandoned property I'm buying. They actually have a page on FB that seems to have absolutely no activity on it. Tried calling whatever numbers I can find - nothing. And we just sent out a discharge request via email so we'll see if that produces any results. If anyone has dealt with them please PM me with their contact info. Thanks much.
