Anyone ever rented office space from Regus? Pluses or minuses? Costs?

That's an interesting requirement. Regus might let you hang a shingle for a fee without much need for an office, I'd ask.

I've used Regus and have really liked them.  All the offices are super nice. No complaints.

Account Closed yeah Id rather just maintain a home office....but my state real estate commission requires brokerages to maintain brick and mortar offices with a sign displayed.  A sub $10k per year office in one of these coworking spaces I think might be a nice solution instead of dropping $25k per year plus on leasing an act

I used them when I first started out (oh so many years ago) They are very professional and have a nice presentation. They offer a variety of services from occasional use of an office to basically full office time. They closed at 5:00pm and all meetings had to be over by then. But, if you need to meet with someone for an hour or two during the day, and know in advance the day and time and need a professional environment, they provide a nice alternative. They offer phone answering services as well.

However, I find taking an important Turnkey Investor to a nice lunch has more value and is more flexible. We can arrive at lunch after seeing a couple of properties, eat lunch, discuss the properties and then go see a couple of other properties. Doing that within the restrictions of booking office time at Regus would be too rushed. Most of my Turnkey Clients have to catch a flight back to California so we are always a little rushed anyway and Regus isn't good about unexpected visits and they charge you for missed office time.
