Looking for feedback: Mishawaka/South Bend, Indiana- MBSR Rentals

Hey BP community. First time posing and looking for some help here. 

I am just getting into the rental market in the Mishawaka/South Bend, Indiana area. I have teamed up with the Rent to Retirement team in finding my property and so far everything is going really well. 

The property management company that I have been put in contact with is MBSR Rentals. I was hoping to get some feedback and reviews on MBSR if anybody has any prior experience with them.
