I see many investors working in the Fayetteville market doing flips, buy and holds and STR. I know that the military base is one point that makes the area more appealing as well as the price. I believe this market is great for newer investors to get into and pick up their first deal. I see the growth and the potential in Fayetteville but was curious on everyones thought. What are your thoughts of this market?

I think that this area is great for investors. There is always going to be an influx of traffic and there is a lot of opportunity to do fix and flips.
