I see many investors working in the Fayetteville market doing flips, buy and holds and STR. I know that the military base is one point that makes the area more appealing as well as the price. I believe this market is great for newer investors to get into and pick up their first deal. I see the growth and the potential in Fayetteville but was curious on everyones thought. What are your thoughts of this market?

I live in the triangle in North Carolina. I see that many people are moving and investing all over NC. I was just curious, what areas of NC are you investing in and why?

How do you help them force appreciation during the build?

Quote from @Cory J Thornton:

@Nelson Padilla - From what I have seen, either they have built a marketing system that keeps their funnel full, or they have been in the game long enough to have a network that feeds them. With those things in mind, I am actively building my network ... eventually I hope to start marketing to pull in those kinds of leads as well ... baby steps.

I'm interested to see what kind of other responses you get.

Enjoy your week!

With network building in mind, if you're ever looking to connect and grab a coffee, just let me know.

Thank you for your insist. I would to hear connect and further indulge in real estate conversions.

I work with investors and am always amazed on the different streams of properties that they receive. How do investors get such a steady flow of properties that make their numbers work?

Hello everyone,

I'm Nelson, a 23 year old investor and soon to be agent in early may. I am looking to own my first three investment properties by the end of the year and to work primarily with investors as an agent. I'm very determined to be an asset to everyone I come across in any way possible. Would love to connect with investors in the area.
