First Purchase! Florida Market Analysis Help

Phoebe Stein
Posted

I am looking for my first purchase!
I thought I was set on looking for a multifamily property in Fort Lauderdale. Now I am doing research on other markets like West Palm, Miami, Tampa, Saint Petersburg and Clearwater. I am overwhelmed. My research consists of looking into the history and projections of sale prices, rent, population growth, demographics, climate, unemployment rates, wage growth, and more. Each area has its pro's and con's therefore I am extremely conflicted and turn to the BP family for some guidance here. Thank you!

@Phoebe Stein I can recommend @Ray Hage to help with the South Florida market, he's an investor and agent here with a knack for finding good deals. I'm not as familiar with the west coast of Florida but rents have gone up quite a bit in this area.
