Reliable Data Collection

Hi everyone, I’d love to hear where does everyone, especially Dave and Henry 😂,  get their data. I’ve been cross referencing ChatGPT, Gemini, Gronk, and google. I usually just copy paste the questions into each one and I often  find I am getting totally different data so it drives me crazy. The specific data I’m trying to get is population fluctuations past and future, current and forecasted equity increases, current and forecasted rental increases, rental prices and vacancy rates. I understand it can vary street to street in some markets but I’m just trying to get ballpark figures. Im finding I get consistent data on taxes and that’s about it 🥲.

Where does everyone go to get the most reliable data? Thanks in advance! Craig
