Market Competition For SFH

I wanted to toss this out there to get opinions on market competition. I'm working on getting a SFH to market for rent and during these past 3ish months, I've noticed that my immediate area has only maintained a handful of rental listings on sites like Realtor. To me, this seems like an opportunity for my property to stand out, when it comes to market. But are there any other thoughts out there that maybe I am overlooking?
