Are rentals in demand in Bakersfield?
I'm looking to invest in smaller California markets (not the major metropolitan areas) and curious if anyone has experience in Bakersfield, or Palmdale? Bakersfield seems to have a decent population size and the turnaround on rentals seems pretty quick from listed to rented. The math pencils out in these smaller markets so wanted to hear if you had any thoughts.
