Cincinnati is the #1 most in-demand rental market in the US right now — an 81% surge in listings being added to favorites on rental platforms puts it at the top nationally. As an agent here who works primarily with investors, here's what I'm seeing on the ground: Norada Real Estate

  • Median sale price hit $291K in March 2026, up 9.7% year-over-year, and homes are sitting about 51 days on average — which gives buyers more time to underwrite properly vs. the panic-buying days of 2021-22. Redfin
  • Occupancy rates are at 94.1%, outperforming the national average of 93.7%, and mid/lower-tier rentals are seeing 4%+ rent growth — the bread-and-butter stuff cash flows here. CVG Home Buyers
