How do I plug in rent numbers,

How much can I assume rent to be in the Indy area I am filling out a rental calculator in bigger pockets and I am not sure how to get these numbers

Hi Michael,

You can also find the rent with the rent estimator at the bottom of the tools page. If you really want to get all of the info that is included in the rental calculator, I would just use the important information and that should still be able to tell you if it is a deal worth further investigation.

I would pull up comparable properties on Furnished Finder, maybe 2-3 different ones and come up with an average month rate between them to use in your rental calculator.

@Michael Cashman You can use a website called Rentometer to find that information. You can also go to Zillow and see what other similar properties are going for. Hope this helps!
