Looking for feedback on my first MTR listing!

Hey all--I know I've been MIA from the MTR forums; I had to take a few minutes to pop out some twins, and my free time is pretty limited because of said twins. But I did finally finish rehabbing and furnishing my first MTR! I'd love some feedback on my listings since I'm operating on so little sleep. I'm sure there are some errors and areas for improvement. Thanks so much!

Hi Nicole! Congrats on your twins - I knew they were due soon so I figured you had your hands full ; ) Your property is darling. It looks very inviting. I love the big yard and sense of privacy. The only thing recommend on the interior is showing some photos of your fully stocked kitchen. It helps guests plan when they can see what you have in the way of dishware, utensils, appliances and even pantry staples. I'd also recommend putting some seating either on your back or front deck or both. It doesn't have to be elaborate or costly. I find our guests really love to utilize the outdoor spaces. We have a tiny patio at our 1/1 and they all remark about how nice it was to have that "bonus" living space.  We have something very similar to this and guests love it https://www.amazon.com/YITAHOME-Conversation-All-Weather-Fur...

Good luck!....with everything!
