Does anyone have mid-term rental experience in Fresno, CA? What does the occupancy and demand look like? Currently, there are many properties for rent on Zillow. I'm wondering if they can still generate positive cash flow or not. Thank you!

Sipan, we are in the process of transitioning our MTR to LTR. There is still a demand but we felt the prices normalizing and our cash flow wasn’t so much higher than LTR with the increased workload of MTR. I do know people here doing it full time very successfully but they are very experienced. Do you have a rental here your considering changing to MTR or considering a purchase as an MTR?
