Operating Agreement for partnership

Greetings fellow investors,

Is anybody willing to share their partnership operating agreement? Looking for some guidance from those who have forged the path before us.

I am partnering with 5 other investors with the goal of real estate investing together (small multifamily/ SFH). I am looking for other members of the forums to network with that have partnered before and/or formed a private equity group. We have a draft of an operating agreement from an attorney and are going thru the different sections. Looking for guidance on the things we need to figure out amongst ourselves, voting rights, treatment of outside capital, we have so many questions we'd love to connect with other people doing the same thing that have been thru it. Let's grow together and we can of course reciprocate value and integrity.

Thanks for your valued input

OP. BP has a poor lookup function. But look for my name and LLC Operating agreement for a copy of ours.

As @Chris Seveney mentioned.  First concern is exit strategy.  Valuation, then exit.

5 investors is a lot.   I would recommend reducing that.  Move some over to loans.

List every legal and operational management decision and address
each in the agreement.. Opening bank accounts, insurance coverage, distribution of earnings, bank account signatories, hiring, additional equity infusion, first right of purchase, placing of liens and collateralization, investor payroll approval, etc etc.
