😞Make 8 offers this past week
I made several offers in different deals this past week.
6 single family
1 quadruplex
1 commercial.
Look like the only deal will work is the commercial deal.
All the other deals were way high in the price for me and the condition of those houses were rough. All the houses were in the metro area of Atlanta.
Lately I didn’t have any luck with wholesalers getting deals that numbers make sense.
The commercial deal I been working it for 8 months and looks like finally will come to the right numbers.
if anyone know any wholesale r that works independently and no fir the big companies I will like to talk to them.
I won’t mind deals that needs lot of work as long as the price is right.
