What to use for Comping homes accurately
Hey there everyone, I'm looking to have accurate info for comping homes. I'm thinking of Batch or Propstream. I won't be using skip tracing or anything. I just plan to use info for comparing home prices for investing, flipping and wholesaling purposes. Which do you recommend or is there something better out there to comp homes? Thanks for your input!
