Hey! So I got my driving dollars list from my skip tracing guy. Now I have the property owner's data. Which property contact strategy should I try first? To find out yes or no are they thinking about selling and I pursue the promising leads myself.

Cold calling them?

SMS communication?

Direct mail?

Email?

Depending on your budget, a combo of direct mail and cold calling is the way to go. SMS is successful, but its a high volume game and you WILL upset people.
