New in Woodbridge, VA

Hey everyone! Long time lurker but finally decided to take the plunge and get started. 
I'm getting out of the Marine Corps this winter and while I'm participating in a military internship program (Skillbridge) to become a loan originator, I also decided to study for my VA salesperson license and get my wholesaling business up and running.

I’ve got my website up and am driving for dollars, skip tracing, and cold calling. Not quite where I want to be for a direct mail campaign yet, but I’m getting there. Very excited to get my first deal in the works. 

In the meantime, any body know of some RE clubs in the Woodbridge/DMV area? Everything that I see pop up when I search is for mostly inactive meetup groups. I’d love to pick some brains, grab some coffee, or just talk real estate with people.

 @Steven Silbert has a great meetup in Laurel, we basically sit around drink beer and talk about real estate. Pretty much all levels from newbies to seriously successful investors.
