Wholesailing in the Boston area
I'm a newbie at real estate and I'm looking to see if there are others that can give me a few pointers to be a successful wholesaler. I don't see much members from Massachusetts or even when I listen to podcasts. I want to know if the Boston,mass market is different than others And what would be the best tactic to start my new venture. I can't tell you how pumped I am.

There are actually a lot of Mass/NH investors on BP. Where are you looking to start wholesaling - MA or NH or Both? There are a number of local networking events that you can attend to meet other investors (AREIA's, Black Diamond, etc.).
