Facebook groups buyers list scam?

I made a few posts on some facebook groups asking if anyone wanted to be on my buyer's list and i get a bunch of messages from pakistanis trying to sell me a big list of buyers. This is a scam right? Probably a dumb question but no harm in asking here

Get a membership to Propstream and pull a cash buyer list there. If you can afford InvestorLift, then you can pull buyers there who buy both cash and with hard money. Or just JV with a wholesaler who is very strong as doing dispo, and let them handle it, while you focus on sourcing the front end of the deal.
