How small of a window for closing?

I have a great lead, at a great price, free and clear ready to close. The only obstacle is they need a Friday the 23rd closing (6 days from today). Does anyone have any experience with very short closings? Are flippers willing to take on deals like this? Thanks in advance for your input.

The fastest closing I ever had was three weeks on an all cash deal. This is in TN. The title companies that I know are all swamped and are lucky to finish in 30 days right now.
