How to find wholesalers and get on their lists?

Hi, I'm an investor/cash buyer. I'm looking to get on wholesalers' buyer lists.

how do I find wholesalers? Are there websites I can use?

Hey Richy,

Instead of asking How do I find wholesalers? This means you're looking for motivated sellers. Ask, How can motivated sellers find me? For example, We don't ask how do I find hungry people and then build a restaurant. My advice is to focus on a website that is converting traffic into leads at a high level, Google will reward your website for this organically. This means more traffic to an already high-converting website, which means more motivated sellers. This is how you build a business that is sustainable with a steady flow of "customers"

You are asking the wrong question.

Getting on a whoelsalers list? Dude, I answer 46 calls every gadamn friggin day of "whoelsalerss" calling me telling me thay have a deal iunder contract that.. check this out... "doesn't fit their criteria". STHU you little $#*! You do not have a gaaadman thing under contract nor do you have any "criteria".

Getting on a whoelsalers list is not the challenge.

Getting REAL, COMPETENT  wholesalers period... is the question!

And lastly.. you shouldn't be wanting to be on a whoelsalers list. You should be asking how you can "not needing to be on a wholesalers list" a reality.
