I recently formed an LLC with the sole purpose of Wholesaling real estate in and around the Pittsburgh, PA area. I am new to the real estate community and wanted to start by making connections. Ideally, my end goal is to find cash buyers or otherwise interest investors. You are starting on the right foot. You have the LLC and you are making connections with buyers, next step is to start marketing to find motivated sellers. If you need any help or advice along the way feel free to reach out! Im happy to help
