Real Estate Wholesaling Start-Up

I recently formed an LLC with the sole purpose of Wholesaling real estate in and around the Pittsburgh, PA area. I am new to the real estate community and wanted to start by making connections. Ideally, my end goal is to find cash buyers or otherwise interest investors.
