Wholesaling in Bay Area, Mentoring Needed
Hello BP Community,
I would like to get started in wholesaling side of the real estate business. i have read books, watched videos but in practicality this game is tough without any field experience.
I am actually looking for a person who does this kind of work and i am willing to work for free as an assistant and learn how these things work. By profession i am a Project Manager for a General Contractor based in Oakland. We specialize in Multifamily units ranging from 25-200 Units of new construction.
