Mailing Options??

Question

Hey BP does anyone have any better recomendations for there mailing campaign other then click2mail??  I have been using click2mail but seems very complicated and time consuming to me because every time I go to send out another batch of mailers there is always something messing up as to where I have to call there customer service line. Just wondering if there are better options. I have called a printing shop down the street from my house to see what kind of price quote they will give me and am waiting to hear back. Thanks for the help!

Definitely get in touch with @Sharon Vornholt. She's done a number of write-ups for the BP blog on direct mail marketing campaigns. I think she's got a great system especially when it comes to follow-up. Hope that helps!

I use yellowletters.com , they have simplified their system and it works much better now and its faster.

I use outside services and do in-home printing to.  Right now I'm using Vistaprint for outside as they are cheaper but keep in mind that postcards done by outside services are usually less effective than handwritten yellow letters or personal letters.  Search threads on 'yellow letters' and 'direct mail' and you will learn quite a bit very quickly to get a good response rate otherwise you are wasting your money.

How about Vistaprint?  They do just about everything.  I'm fairly sure you can upload an excel file for mass mailings.

Also just a thought to put out there....Does anyone do in-home mailing and if so how much on average does it cost to buy the printer, ink cartridge, and paper material needed to make post cards and also print regular white letters??
