Finding Sellers When Nobody Else Hasn't

Hi everyone!

I've been attempting to reach the owners of vacant/distressed homes but haven't had any luck yet with any skip tracing services. What steps have some of you taken to find the correct information to get in contact with the owners? I've considered a private investigator for the right price and just set up a digital address to try and mail to the mailing addresses for some of them. Thanks in advance!

@Joseph Hernandez try two or three skipping services? I use Spokeo for when I'm working on individual leads, and then we use batch for large lists.  Spokeo has worked pretty well for me, for years. You could try actually door knocking their mailing address, or if it's a house you really want, sending the letter via express mail or even overnight so that it really stands out. Also, on Spokeo, it will show potential family members and their contact info, so maybe call family members to try to get to who the decision maker is.
