Inherited Owner has R.E. Agent
I have a lead from a Probate mailing I sent out. It turns out the inherited owner has an R.E. Agent selling it for him, because he is in California and the home is in Pa. The numbers work out to be a profitable deal for buy and hold rental so I think I should be able to find an end buyer fairly quickly. How do I wholesale this house with an agent involved? Do I tell the Agent up-front that I plan to wholesale the property? Do I need to pay the Agent? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
