Has anyone bought and had success with Sal Buscemi's "The Investor Syndicate" for commercial real estate investing? The first line of the promo starts with: Take full advantage of all my “Wall Street” Systems to become a major player in asset acquisition, arbitrage, deal making, and capital formation! It all sounds very polished and the big $ opportunities are very interesting to me.

Hey @Craig Montesano you may want to check out Keane George or John Westermann with SVN- Three Rivers Commercial Advisors. They seem to cater to the mom n pop investor such as yourself and not strictly Institutional or other High Net Individuals. I believe Keane is from Sharon. I have worked some with both on looking @ multifamily properties and both are good business men. I have their direct contact info if you want it then just msg me here or on Fb.

Hey @Shaun Endicott welcome to the community! As far as networking in Pittsburgh I would check out ACRE and Pittsburgh REIA. The ACRE meeting is the first Tues of every month @ Double Tree in Greentree from 7-9:30 and the REIA is the second Tues of every month @ Pittsburgh masonic building from 7-9?. They are both free to attend for your first time. I can give you more insight on those meetings if you like. Why are you looking @ 3 different cities to invest in starting out? If you are starting out with single family and self managing that would be very difficult and costly to manage, imo. I also have some lenders, private and institutional banks that I can connect you with as well. Just reach out to me with anything you may need. Best of Luck!
@Chris Newman @Dan Scarborough, I found a good website that lists all counties, municipalities that use TDR's, http://smartpreservation.net/tdr-updates/
@Chris Newman this is a very interesting concept and investment tool to me. So, are you purchasing the land, getting it approved for TDR's by the municipality and then marketing and reselling the rights to developers? Or are you working with the municipality and having them purchase the rights for resell? Also, how do you source the land that you know or believe will be TDR eligible? I am in Pa and with a little research found a couple counties who have this program available. Thanks for any info and advice!

Has anyone had any success in getting leads and closing deals with this lead generation platform. I am considering trying it out for free for 14 days and after that I will just pay the $47 hosting fee. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hey @Randy M. I checked out your product website and it looks pretty interesting. I think I'm gonna give it a try with your free trial. What I am wondering is how do I know what states are covered? I am in PA so is that a state that is covered?

@James Park @Jeremy Pace Yes, I realized after the fact that I clicked on the wrong chart.... Hopefully those numbers turn around soon with all the revitalization efforts planned and the tech companies making Pittsburgh one of their hubs. I believe the city's full potential will not be reached without a better road, rail infrastructure and system.

@James Park what source did you procure this statistical information from? It seems inaccurate to me considering that Pittsburgh, Pa has over 300,000 population, but under Weirton-Steubenville under which the encompassing combined statistical area including; Pittsburgh-New Castle-Weirton, PA-OH-WV combined statistical are shows 120, 520 population in 2015. This statistical example seems very flawed to me. So to say Pittsburgh is among the major MSA's with the greatest population loss is inaccurate based on this example.
